Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Destinations

We ship to all provinces and territories in Canada and the United States.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 7-12  business days

  • Express Shipping: 3-5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges: -

  • Free shipping on orders over $50 CAD
  • Standard: $9.99 CAD
  • Express: $19.99 CAD

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment until delivery.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, VibeCartes is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.
